Theo (1973) is a financial business administrator with a technical education. After his studies, he worked for 3 years as a controller and IT manager at Isotis, a biotech that experienced rapid growth from start-up to listing. He then did a Management Buy In at Annalize, a strategic market intelligence agency that works for the top 100 in the Netherlands. That was the start of 17 years of entrepreneurship in which he both bought and profitably reorganized various companies as well as advised other companies on business purchases and sales. He regularly publishes articles on social themes and does projects for the social enterprise SVP. He is also a board member of Light for the World and Milieudefensie. Theo is director of Bos Machines, and investment manager for Brabant Groep, Numafa and Aldowa.
